Being trained by Nayah Obuki herself and mastering polearm skills, Arthur Harram was a key figure during the Great Battle of Xion and is today deemed a hero of the Republic.
Nowadays, you can find him working as the head of various operations in the Secret Service of Eeiten as a lead agent alongside Nuro Kiwishii.
Having a calm and reassuring personality, he is often the voice of reason for his team. He most often leads protection or surveillance operations, only rarely engaging in action despite his skills.
