Iswana Wellington is a human decending from an high-class family in Eeiten on Shajïkina. She is one of the founding members of the Secret Service of Eeiten.
After the Great Battle of Xion, she financed the creation of the Secret Service with the wealth of her family. With that power, she easily became one of the most influent person in Eeiten.
However, she might not be the one we think as rumors spread that she is an well-trained assassined and that torturing people is her passion. Some people even call her the “good but sadistic soul”.
